TeamUp is a powerful serious game designed to foster a learning culture within teams, encouraging continuous development, collaboration, and feedback. With two immersive and dynamic games – Battleship and Team Challenge – TeamUp provides a safe and surprising way for teams to explore their strengths, developmental areas, and performance accelerators that stimulate curiosity, all while having fun in the process.

In the Battleship, teams engage in a modern version of Sea Battles or Battleships, where they play against an AI. As team members work towards achieving their own individual goals, the game provides valuable hints to help other team members achieve theirs. This creates a unique challenge for teams to figure out the best way to provide feedback and share information effectively. Team members quickly learn that if they want to succeed individually, they need to collaborate and support each other. This sets the stage for team members to discuss and reflect on their team experiences and underlying dynamics. 

Team Challenge encourages participants to share personal stories, give feedback to each other, and discuss experiences in a safe environment guided by a facilitator. As teams progress through the game, the challenges become increasingly more difficult, allowing teams to dive deeper into the underlying dynamics of their performance. This reflection and learning process helps teams identify bottlenecks and facilitates a conversation on how to resolve them. TeamUp empowers teams to have open and honest discussions, leading to improved communication, collaboration, and performance.
